Returns

Due to the nature of pet consumable products, we generally do not accept returns on opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.

However, if your order arrives:

* damaged
* incorrect
* defective
* or incomplete

please contact us within7 days of delivery, and we will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund review:

* the item must be unused and unopened
* it must be in its original packaging
* you must provide your order number
* clear photos of the item and packaging may be required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

* opened pet treats or consumables
* used items
* sale or clearance items
* gift cards
* items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, any eligible refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note:

* Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
* Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our error

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

* defective

* or missing from your order
